A disaster of a place... This review is based on my experience and everything can be documented with facts The people of the management are the most careless and clueless that I had to deal with in my life, especially the manager who goes by the name of Stepanie, which I really feel she should not be managing any building! With this being said the place is a construction site, there are constant loud noises from 8 am at a time till about 6 pm as constructors hardly leave on time.. I have about 30 emails or remodeling of units on most floors which can remodel for as long as they want. as you can see in the video (this is almost daily for 6 months) The building always has either, stairs, update on laundry, pool, or other things not working which involves noises of maintenance which they don't even find a good excuse for. Cleaning staff flood the laundry with water almost on a weekly basis, water that perpetrated un the lower level as you see in the picture quite dangerously falling on the electricity box while there are people doing laundry There is use on marijuana smoked inside people units which the poor ventilation system allows people to smell in in hallways as well as inside units. Management and even board members are fully aware of that and take absolutely zero active or realistic actions. Also use of cigarettes is allowed inside units despite fire alarm being tested annually (yet I'm assuming there could be people who removed them) The fire department, visiting the Mirador 1200 on a bidaily basis for false alarms at any time including 1 am at night, creates useless stress amongst residents due to fire alarms going off for no reason. neighbors using hammers, drills, and putting music in any time, daily, which front desk or security can never get to the source of almost never. I'm not going to mention things such as dog pee any similar, I consider that to be normal in such zoo. and the funniest part in Christmas they even ask for an annual employee fund (I saved that as well) letter said, a suggested amount of 100$, unbelievable. However this place is not only unpleasant but dangerous, it should be reported to local authorities and the people in charge removed immediately. I hope this helps read not getting locked in a contract and saying some sanity and/or start an inspection by the city of Miami Beach personally the worst I have ever seen not only in Miami but worldwide! ...
