This year I decided to move somewhere else and at the checkout the Management decided to keep $1400 based on "repairs" which it is insane considering that the apartment had minor issues. The wood floor had a minot issue and they said that the repair would cost $480! On top of that they charged me $354 for the replacement of the carpet in JUST ONE ROOM.
