This has to be the worst place I've ever lived! Maintenance 'MAY' get to your problem within a month OR 3. If your A/C goes out you can for-get-it!!! The paint started coming off the all the sinks and counters the first couple of times I cleaned up...yes I said paint! They are so cheap that the maintenance guys spray the sinks, counters and cabinets after the previous tenants have moved out! The maintenance crew are NOT professional at all...sloppy work and terrible work ethic! The office staff can care less about any situation you may have, they just want you to pay your rent! No customer service skills! They need a new team that knows how to talk to others and at least TRY to help out the tenants the best way possible. Also, be aware that your first visit(prospective tenants) to the office may NOT be private, your income (W-2/check-stubs/lack of income/too much income) information may be discussed out loud...no matter who's in the office or who's waiting to view an apartment, so if you are sensitive to this type of situation, ask to speak to the manager or assistant manager so your business want be aired for all to hear. The people(other tenants)are also rude! If you do not like rude people nor rude/disrespectful kids, loud noises, loud music, people knocking on your door & running off, and people throwing trash all over the parking lot/sidewalks/in front of your door...DO NOT MOVE HEAR!!! Also the occasional rotten milk smell from Velda Farms. Pets are not allowed, well at least that is what the manager said, but I still see a few.
