I hate this apartment!!!!! The management sucks, they are very irresponsible. The management is always firing people who work in the office, everyday I walk in there theres a new face. They can't maintain their employess there, let alone the residents. They falsely sent me an eviction notice, when I paid ON TIME!!!! their irresponsible team, of course, didn't realize it and tried to lie their way out of what happeneded. But of course I was right and they had to cancel the eviction and waive all fees. But still they are rude, did not apologize for any inconvience the eviction caused. Especially knowing that I had a sick son, whom I brought in the office while the dispute went on. They suck, the place is going down hill, especially since they lost their best leasing agent, Ramiqa, and I can't wait to get out of here. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...

I hate the management here. They aren't very responsive to needs. Their system w/maintenance is extremely slow. They are in the process of remodeling the outside, however the inside is still very old. I had 2 leaks this year b/c it's old and breaking, and if I stayed, which I'm not once my lease is up, I would expect more maintenance issues. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
