I have lived here with roaches they are so infested they are coming through the bathroom toilet the infestation is really deep down in the sewer and they run up into your toilet into your bathroom the cabinets in the kitchenand my refrigerator is infested with roaches where they come through a crack and they die in the freezer so I have a bunch of dead roaches everyday that dies in the freezer and sometimes they get into the main fridge as well and die from the cold this place is not a good place to live I came in with no roaches and I'm leaving with no roaches I guess I'll have to bomb this place out before I move so I won't take any roaches with me I've heard some people got bed bugs as well thank God I don't have any of those. It takes months before they fix any issues you may have and the paint the cabinets are painted over the old all the cabinets are old broken cracked the floor is the laminate flooring the only thing is nice is the granite countertops and the fixtures those are new the price they are charging for rent should be for everything brand new. ...

To say this place has bad service is the LEAST I could offer as a review. They have such high turnover and it makes sense. Either they’re not selling off enough apartments or it’s a reflection of the horrible service I’ve experienced here. Other apartment management companies have literally talked down on this place/management. Complete false advertisement. ...

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Between changing my move-in date to giving me bug infested apartment which THEY knew wasn’t ready—I was in utter frustration dealing with the bad service and carelessness for a tenants rights. However they were on time for wanting rent! ...
