t is an inhabitable complex. I lived there 3 months and had to move due to multiple issues and causing serious health problems. The pictures look nice, but it is only to entice you to live there.
Issues:
*They only replaced the front windows, the rear
windows are not even glass as they are plexiglass
*There is standing water on the roof after it rains causing cracks in the ceiling which caused mold and mildew
*They did not replace the insulation in the walls which are infested with rodents, roaches and other insects
*Unless you have run a dehumidifier, the humidity in the apartment is over 90% (This is based on a humidity reader). Also, you will have to have a HEPA filtration unit as it will cause major allergies
*The property manager is only nice to you before you sign the lease. She will immediately become belligerent and defensive if you mention any issues with the unit.
*The bathtubs were replaced with shower pans. The 3 months that I was there it had to be replaced 3 times due to leaking to the unit downstairs. The property manager made me vacate only giving me 24 hour notice for 3 days each time due to "liability issues with the workers" as I cannot be there. She demanded the vacation and said it was in the contract, which I've read and is not. There was no reimbursement for alternative living situations so I had to sleep in my car each time. As I stated she is not fit to be a property manager nor the apartments are inhabitable and deplorable.
