Do not move into these apartments. My lease is about to end at the end of June. I thank God for me being able to live here for the low amount that I pay for rent, but unless you really have to, leave this place alone. I have been without heat and AC the whole time I've been here and my refrigerator gave out on me in February or March and has not been working ever since. They never gave me a new one or even a different one and they would not give me any money for the food that was spoiled when it stopped working because I did not purchase renters insurance. Ridiculous. The laundry facility was never working. I always drove to a laundry mat. Now there is a pest problem. I am counting the days until I leave. Just pay the extra money to stay someplace else and have your peace of mind. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody. I rented from winter 10 through summer 11. ...

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT move into these apartments. The buildings that you see is exactly what you get. Some places might look kinda busted on the outside and are fabulous in the inside, these are definately not. THEY ARE GOOD FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Make sure that if for whatever reason you do decide to move here that you ask to see the apartment that you will be living in. That is how they got me. They model was so nice the fixtures in the bathrooms were all nice looking. Great paint job. But when I moved in my actual apt the walls were slathered with thick coats of white paint. My bathroom door was actually stuck to the floor from the bad paint job. When it rains you need an umbrella in your own house. Leaks are everywhere. Neighbors are extremely loud and obnoxious. Music booming all hours of the night. You can here all the conversation because the walls are so thin. Whenever you have a problem they want you to put in a work order. They take their precious time on resolving the problem. Ex. There was a leak under my kitchen sink and it caused the wood to mold and cave in. After about 5 days they showed up. Guess what the solution to the problem was... white spray paint!!! That didn't do anything but cover the problem. The mold is back now. Just please, please, please don't move here and if for whatever reason you do, you've been warned. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...

Avoid this place, if at all possible. Comparable to living in slums. Drug deals are a common sight, and I hope you like loud bass. Break ins and vandalism are common, and don't expect anything to be clean, even when moving in. I had a horrible smell of mold, and moth balls that they tried to cover that up with, for three months. Mold growing all over the dishwasher, and they told me to run it once and it would be fine. The grounds are equally disgusting, and if you do live here, expect to avoid piles of dog poo. Shouldn't be too hard because you'll probably be avoiding eye contact with the drug dealers so they don't think you'll report them, all in an attempt to have your car not broken in to next. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...
