I'll keep this review short and sweet: Pros: -Location: Heart of New Tampa near major highways and shopping. Cons: -Pests: My apartment (and most likely the entire building) is full of mice. When I notified the office of this they simply sent someone out with bug spray, lol. I've attached a pic of one of them, lost track of how many I've captured during my time here. I understand this complex sits on a wooded area but that's no excuse... -Constant entry into my unit: Lately it seems the Office staff has been coming up with any excuse it can to enter tenants apartments, providing bare minimum notice (I assume min. of 24 hrs is req by law, which is what the provide). -Grounds: Lots of trash and dog poop. -Water pressure: Is horrible, I've lost track of the number of times I've lost all water while taking a shower or trying to flush a toilet. As you can see the cons far out-weigh the pros, New Tampa is full of apartments so I would suggest you look elsewhere. I rented from summer 10 through fall 11. ...
