This AGAIN has gotten worse. The below post was when I first moved here. The A/C has been broken since May 30th! It's now been over a month. I have been dealing with Evan (Property Manager) what they do is add freon to the units to keep them running for 2-3 days then you're back to having no A/C in this scorching record high heat wave! I have videos and pictures to post. Search social media (tiktok) videos and you will see others with the same complaint. The property is managed by McKinley. They have numerous complaints including code violations. BEWARE the rent is so low for a reason! NO A/C & ROACHES !!!!Currently living in this Filth! I've been here only 3 WEEKS!!! and the A/C doesn't work. Its 100 degrees outside!!Called for help a dozen times. Office manager doesn't respond to ANY email!! See posted pictures! I have a child ...
