The price and distance need to be updated here.... I would say my living experience at Plaza has been okay. I've lived here for two years so far, and as the rent has gone up exponentially, the value of living here hasn't changed that much. I like that everything is walking distance and it's really convenient as I don't have a car. The amenities are nice but almost always broken or closed. Walls are thin and since there are stores below the apartments, people can get loud especially on the weekends. But overall Plaza is a nice place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a place close to campus. ...

It's been a good semester however, the dishwasher does not clean properly and the fridge has trouble making ice. The amenities and common areas are a nice place to relax and hang out with your friends. Don't lose your fob, it'll cost you $50 USD.

When I first entered Plaza on University, I had some doubts about the distribution and the amount of noise, due to the various restaurants and bars located at the first level. However, my experience living here has totally changed my mind. The people, including the staff and residents, are nice and care for each other. The apartments are the perfect mix between privacy and coziness. The hallways and elevators are always clean and the staff is very attentive to all the residents need. All in all, Plaza on University is a great place to live in, and I would not change my first year experience for anything. ...

My experience of Plaza on University has been good. I enjoy having my own personal bathroom and room. However, the neighbor can be loud at times, and security is not great. There was a shooting on my building over winter breack.

It was vibing. The only thing I didn't like was the fact they charged a $20 convenience fee to pay your rent through a debit card. They accepted check money. So I would be scrambling to get checks last minute, but eventually I got check leafs. Everything else was fine. ...

The noise from other people living in the apartment is really the only complaint I have. other than that, the apartments are pretty good, you have good options for food close by and a decent if not nicely sized apartment.

Plaza on University if a great place to live with friends. The proximity to school is less than a mile and they offer transportation as well, to and from. Each person is provided with there own room, walk in closet and bathroom. There is also much to do here, and one can never be bored. the amenities provided are two pools and a jacuzzi, a 24 hour fitness area which is also the largest gym in the are aside from the one on UCF grounds, and they also offer a volley ball court and student study area. Another cool thing about living here is that there is retail all along the bottom of the complex such as food spots, dentistry, bookstore and clothing store. ...

Plaza on University has many facilities to use including two pools, a hot tub, a sand volleyball court, and grills. It is located across the street from campus and has many restaurants located downstairs. The apartments are nice, however could be cleaner.

It's been very nice so far living on the grounds of the apartment complex. It's an easy commute to school, there's plenty of nearby stores to access in case I need something in an instant, and I have 24/7 access to a rec center inside the apartment complex. So if I can't make it to the gym at my school that day, I have an easy alternative to access if needed. ...

Amazing location, a minute from campus with plenty of food options directly downstairs. Pool and other amenities are top notch. Bars are all walking distance. Typical loud, late night college apartment.

Because college students tend to be the previous residents of many apartment rooms, the state the rooms are left in aren’t always the best and that’s a bit unfortunate but otherwise if you clean up well it’s really manageable

Felt safe and everyone there was helpful. Everything is close by which is really good for students. Right across from campus so it was easy to get to and from class. Overall a good place to adjust to the college experience.
