Lexington is a quiet community with enough amenities for anybody. The buildings look slightly outdated in comparison to other apartments. Staff is always bright and excited to help but maintenance work can sometimes take a while to be completed.

Lived here for two years in college. Very nice apartments. Spacious layout. The amenities are nice. We were always by the pool and clubhouse with our friends. There are two bus routes so commuting to school was very fast. Highly recommend.

Lexington Crossing is not the apartment complex that I thought it would be when i toured the location. When I toured the complex with my current roommates in January, we were told that all of the units were well built and well maintained. Upon move in we
realized that was not the case at all. The countertop in the kitchen of our apartment was installed at a slant and is not flesh with the wall. When we moved in the apartment had not been cleaned and we were missing furniture. The porch was not usable for about 10 weeks after move in because there were wasp nests that nobody came to remove, and our screen door was propped up on the wall. The fan in my room is also loose from the ceiling, the blinds fell off too the wall and onto my foot, the closet doors were installed at an angle, and the faucet in my shower is not secured in the wall. The handle to change the temperature and pressure of the water fell off of the wall into my hand while I was in the shower one night. Additionally, the front door to the apartment was not flesh with the door frame allowing for bugs to come in. Our ice machine was disconnected, all of the eyes on our stove don't work all the time, and we have ants that come out of a crack in the ceiling and frequent our kitchen no matter how often we clean it. Additionally when my roommate asked the maintenance man to bring us a fourth chair for our kitchen table, he said, "Three butts, three seats" which takes the complex out of compliance with the lease agreement signed 5 months prior to that. Overall, the apartment complex has its pros and cons, and it is not a bad place to stay for the price, but I have not had the best experience here and I will not be returning.

My main issue with Lexington is their communication is not very good. You have to know who to talk to if you want something fixed in your apartment. I also had issues when i first moved in with the state of my apartment because it was extremely dirty and
multiple things were broken I had hear many people had the same issue. Once everything was fixed and cleaned however I've had a fairly decent experience since. The amenities are really nice, the location is nice, and it's one of the better apartments for the price.

This place has been an extremely safe place. It is also quiet, the grounds are always impeccable. Any maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely matter. I was also very impressed with their office staff including managers. WOW! They know customer
service and they go beyond the call of duty to keep their residents happy and make the transition of moving in and out a smooth and simple one. Everyone that works there is friendly and eager to help. If you are looking for a place where your suggestions, or concerns do not fall of deaf ears, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

It is probably one of the best apartment complexes in Gainesville, Florida. I knew it was the place for me when I toured here. The staff was amazing to me and my friends and it was just so welcoming and that is probably one of the main reasons why we
chose Lexington Crossing.

Many of the residents are friendly and social. Covid has made it difficult to use the gym. They also allow ESA, so my dog cane to live with me during the pandemic which has been very comforting. Overall I love it!

Beware, some apartments have rats. The model apartment is nice but it looks nothing like what you will live in. The walls are paper thin.
I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.
