I liked the staff and the maintenance guy is really great and timely! There were no cute guys though, and everyone is kind of older. This is a great place to live if you are going to grad school or are doing coursework/research at Shands since the 117 goes right from the apartment (at the same time every 15 minutes on the dot) right through Shands. I never met any of my neighbors and it was a very quiet complex. I really liked the small size and the fact that it was extremely quiet, though! Also, the rooms and closets are HUGE in the 3 bedroom apartments :] [20 minute bike ride to campus up-hill.. 15 minute bike ride back down-hill] LOVED how close it is to Southwest Rec!!! [5 minute jog] Also, you can take the 20 or 21 and get back and forth from/to campus really quickly, just get on/off at the Estates bus stop (which is really close) I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

A great place to live!! Everyone that works there is very nice and willing to help out.
