Maintenance is the biggest issue at this complex. You report things and they take weeks to get done. The poor manager is always making excuses for the maintenance guys. The maintenance manager will tell you that he's going to come to your apartment on a certain date at a certain time and he won't show up or even call to notify you that he's not showing. Maintenance was the main reason I left this complex I rented from fall '09 through spring 10. ...
