Beware!! This place is a nightmare!! Terrible / pathetic living experience!! The buildings here are old, the construction is weak and there's no proper sound proofing / insulation between the apartments. Can hear everything that goes on upstairs. Stomping / banging / dragging of things is the order of the day and it's non-stop. It's like you're living under a construction site. I get frequent headaches due to these disturbances and my health is severely getting affected. There's no peace and quiet, literally, for heaven's sake!! The management don't want to fix the problem and says that it's called "apartment living" and that's completely acceptable. Their solution is just learn to live / deal with it. You've been warned!! I looked at many apartments in the area before deciding to move here. compared to other places, the grounds are well immaculate, staff and management is extremely friendly and have always bent over backwards to make everything to your liking. cabinets and kitchen is a little outdated, not by much, but they are actually starting to remodel all apartments for incoming tenants. very quiet and literally 10 minutes from everything. it is a 10-15 min. drive to NSU but the price you get for the square footage is worth it. many of my other classmates have started to migrate toward the area for the same reasons. definitely check it out.
