DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE Since the day I moved in I have experienced problems with the management and it is not just one person. I feel that the people are not nice and are surely not service oriented. Kitchen cabinets and Counter Tops are out dated and water logged and peeling. The refrigerator spoils your milk and other foods. There are laminated floors instead of tile. The appliances are also out dated and sometimes the appliances don’t work most of the time. Out dated Metal closet doors in ever unit. You can hear people walking up the stairs from your bedroom everyday. You can hear doors slamming and yelling and also hear a man beating his wife. Noise is a serious problem, you can hear Tenants use their bathroom and you can smell odor from other Tenants bathroom everyday through you’re A/C Vent. In the living room it’s very cold feels like you’re in Alaska and in the bedrooms it feels like you are in Miami. Every week the toilet is backed up, when you report the problem the office tells you 48 hours they will send someone out. So you are out of a toilet for two days. Looks nice in the day, but at night the teenage thugs come out. When I walk out to my porch I see dog crap right front my porch. Tenant on the 3rd floor wash down their dog crap of their balcony and it runs down my screened porch, I tell the office and they don’t do anything. I come out of my unit I see dirt and weeds, dirty stuck to stucco. The parking is a total nightmare. The Gate is closed, but easy to tail in unsafe. some units in the back of the complex have very poor landscape. And they charge you $250.00 for decorating fee to move in, that is silly why I should have to pay for cheap Flat White Paint and New Carpet and Re-grout Tiles in the bathroom with Chalk instead Grout that should be already in the unit. Rent is too high and you’re paying for crap. On the weekend you would be very surprised to hear an ice cream truck. People tuck away old furniture under the stair away. You have litter bugs as tenants. Management need to reinforce move-in policy for examples don’t move-in after 6:00 p.m. (HAVE RESPECT) I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
