Spiders EVERYWHERE! Maintanence is AWFUL. I have called more than should be necessary about multiple problems. And none of them have been fixed. If they even showed up, they inspect &say they will return with proper tools/parts, but never do. With visible gaps around my front door, meaning bugs and lots of a/c wasted, I have been waiting on weather stripping since i moved in. I have even gone down to the office personally, and still no results. Find somewhere better... I rented from winter '09 through winter 10. ...

Parking is great, there are always spaces. Ceilings are very thin, so I hope you are not a light sleeper! Children run free without supervision. Maintenance is HORRIBLE. The windows are so cheap that in the winter with the windows closed there still is a draft. The only nice thing is the lake. It is so beautiful, and we have baby ducks. I would move out now if I could, but then the office automatically extended my contract.... Look elsewhere I rented from summer '07 through fall '08. ...
