If anyone knows anyone considering moving into VILLAGE ON THE GREEN at 2975 Continental Colony Parkway.....TELL THEM DON'T DO IT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!! Although it may look all nice and luxurious, it just ain't right! Honestly, there have been several apartment and car break-ins every month. Several people have been moving out left and right because they deemed the neighborhood to be unsafe. Management is nice when you first move in but when you decide to move out they take you through HELL. They make you wait until the 1st of the month to put in a 30-day notice or 60-day notice. Management is very rude and unprofessional (Sylvia), they had an attitude with the staff at the new apartment complex and decided they wanted to hang up the phones their face (Tracey) and not process information on a timely basis (Tayo) so that I could secure my new apartment elsewhere. For the past couple of months, no water bill has been sent out, instead Management said continue to pay what you've been paying the past month. In my opinion the apartments are not worth the high prices nor the headache. The only good thing about the Village on the Green are the spacious apartments. But if you want to be worried about if your car or apartment is going to be broken into, paying for a water bill not accounted for, and rude management staff once you decide to move-out then move here. ...
