We caught 12 rats over a span of 6 months. We gave them 2 months to fix the issue, but they responded 1. You have to live with nature. 2. Get a cat so that rats won't come into the home. 3. The rats are coming to eat indoor plants. This highlights how poorly management handled the situation. Every time we caught a rat (using sticky pads or traps), we were left with the dilemma of either throwing it away or waiting for maintenance people to arrive (which took hours). In the meantime, we had to endure the sound of the rats struggling and clean up their blood and hair. Every night, the rats used to roam around the house, destroying the mats, sofa, indoor plants, and food. So in the morning, we have to clean and mop the whole house and sanitize it, otherwise, we can't bear the rat smell. The rats have destroyed our sofa, blankets, and mats. When we showed the damage to them, they simply said, "Sorry, we can't be much help here." They don't even ask you to sit down when you go to talk to them in the leasing office, even if the conversation lasts for more than 10 minutes. The management is very rude. They charge for services such as reporting to credit score, locker room for packages, pest control, etc., whether you use the services or not. The windows in the house are full of mold and very difficult to open. Snakes are very frequent visitors. Only one good thing is that the maintenance people and Aliyah are very nice, and at least they show empathy for what happened.
