Stray cats aren't my issue, it's all the stray unsupervised kids that do not even live in this complex that drive me up the wall. I've never hated living somewhere more, we would've moved out at the end of our first lease but it was right in the middle of Covid. I've been here for almost two years now and we've been through 3 separate managers/landlords and it's only gotten worse with each one. Marcus (current manager/landlord) doesn't even answer the phone, you can't leave a message, he's hardly ever in the office - even during business hours - and doesn't even have an email set up for us to contact him. No online payment anymore, even though it was in our lease to have that amenity. The gate is broken every other day from the amount of people who live here who aren't on a lease. ROACH INFESTED no matter HOW MUCH WE CLEAN. The pool has not been open in the entire 2 years we've been here. The hoard of kids are without supervision most of the time, which results in a trash filled complex and banshee screaming outside my door from the time I wake up until I lay my head down at night (and usually after that too). Things have ONLY GOTTEN WORSE. I wouldn't believe for a SECOND these "I see the changes coming" reviews. I LIVE HERE, I DON'T SEE A POSITIVE CHANGE! ...
