I signed a lease that was a year long and the other poster is correct. If you need to make your lease longer by a month (in my case 2) they charge you a different price. When I went in to ask about the letter they gave me a highlighted copy of the lease I signed in 06 that showed the 'monthly' price which for me was $1110.00 Which sucks, but I signed for it so that's what I got. The apartments are old and beat up with a lot of crime, however the general area is very nice. The big problem is that management will come up with all kinds of ways to squeeze extra money out of you. For example, my lease expired so they jacked my rent up $200 a month. I rented from winter '06 through summer '08. ...
