I wish I can put 0 stars because this place don’t deserve none! These people showed me a show 2 apartment that was fabulous. 1st off I wanted a 3 bedroom and was never shown any until the day I moved in. The apartment was roach infested, nasty used carpets and flooring, broken non-working appliances, bathrooms, bedrooms, window shades all nasty, broken you can tell someone just moved out. I went through 2 apartments in one day on the day I had to move in and both were disgusting! As I told Latoya had she shown me a 3 bedroom I would have NEVER moved in this nasty place. The office staff are liars and will do you dirty to make money. As a matter of a fact when I complained to Danielle about the living conditions the first day I moved in she had nerves to tell me I signed a contract and I told her that contract was voided due to the lies of the actual apartment they put me in she then told me she was going to lower my rent a little but corporate can help me lower it more which she was supposed to notify me the following Monday when they were on the property however she never called me to speak with them. They also have kids on the property that targeted my grandson and bullied him to where we had to call the police several times. I have pictures, videos and email correspondence to cover these claims. Look…. like Forest Gump RUNNNNNNN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place brought on bad anxiety, triggered my allergies because I am allergic to roaches and I am being so serious. It is not peaceful here at all! The HVAC doesn’t work at all so we were living in 90 degrees which was unbearable. If you value your peace of mind stay clear away from this place it is a death trap! ...
