Deciding to stay here was not my wisest decision. The office never responds to anything and half the time the phones don’t work. Maintenance is alright and do an ok job at responding and fixing things. The office never responded to any of my complaints about the constant weed smell inside my apartment thanks to my neighbors smoking inside (this is supposed to be a smoke free facility). The office also never does anything correctly for the most part. They also do things at very inconvenient and confusing times. They close the office every other week, and decided it would be smart to close the office the last full day before the end of the lease. They do not fulfill things they said they will… for example, I gave them permission to put my new key in my mailbox (they decided to change locks on all of the apartment entry doors before people move out instead of after) and they never put it in there. Always a great time at Copper Social if you’re looking for a frustrating and unhappy experience. ...

I would never in my life recommend anyone live here to be honest. If it wasn't $350 to get out of my lease and it was easy to find somewhere else to live in the middle of the year, I would be out of here. When you receive packages, they take sometimes up to two weeks to let you get it even if it is something urgent such as medicine. Also, good luck finding parking because most of the spots are reserved or handicap. Next year they are making even more spots reserve spots. The staff is kind of rude. There were times I urgently needed my mail and they complained back at me basically and had an attitude. The rent is also ridiculous for what you get. My first three months living here, we had a roach infestation that maintenance didn't even help us get rid of. We have made several requests for a new TV remote for the living room area. We received one that didn't work, but never got another response about another one. My blinds have been broken the entire year even though I had made a maintenance request the very first week of living here. Overall, I would never recommend living here. The rent is supposedly going up this next year, so I definitely do not recommend. ...

UPDATE.. another week later and still nothing has been resolved. RENTERS AND PARENTS OF COLLEGE STUDENTS LOOKING TO MOVE IN BEWARE!! Horrible experience! Had to move my daughter and her roommates in with filthy carpet. The whole place Reeks of weed and cigarettes. The managers did not have the previous renters trash hauled off and there was a ton they left there for four days. The apartment and carpet were not clean prior to moving in and still has not been. There is gum stuck on the sofa and on the carpet, showers were discussing with hair and toenails The sofa was disgusting and shredding apart it was supposed to be replaced prior to the moving in and still has not. The baseboards are filthy. The worst part of it all is one of the girls touch the stove the first night they moved in and noticed it was hot but not turned on. It had to be pulled out from the wall and unpluged because they were scared it was going to burn down the place. They let management know right away and we are almost 2 weeks later and they still do not have a stove/oven and no one has come to remove the old one. They were charged for parking passes and now are having to park about a half a mile away to park and get to their apartment because the parking spots do not exist that they sold them parking passes to. When I called to get a contract Number for the supervisor I was told they could not give me a number just an email address. ...
