Have been here for 14 years! Have seen Staff and Tenants come and go, when I moved in here tenants stayed here for a long time and it was hard to get in here, whenever you applied because they did not except just anyone like they do now (thirsty) it was kept clean and cared for. However, that is not the case now. The front ofc staff was much more Professional and Personal, they were great. If you had a complaint, it was taken care of the almost the same day depending on what time the problem occurred. I have had the a/c go out recently, contacted the front ofc someone came out who had no knowledge about a/c’s or heating! The next day he brought his Supervisor with him and he stated it needed a fuse and he would be back, this was Monday march 13th today is the 19th and no show…..I went to the ofc Saturday yesterday) spoke with Maria she assured me the on call Maintenance person would be here some time today, well as I am writing this review Sunday still no show I have Medical issues, which I stated to the Staff during the week and was told everyday that Maintenance would be there that day, but to no avail! Every time I would ask to speak to Stephanie, I was told she was in a meeting. W0W! She is in a meeting 24/7 she must be very Tired! Or tied tongued. My point is I would tell my worst enemy not to move here! But it wasn’t always like this or I would not have stayed so long. RUN!!! ...

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I WOULD RATHER GO INTO DEBT FOR A LOAN TO PAY FOR SOMETHING BETTER. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
