I have lived here for 6 years and this is my last lease I signed. The complex recently had ownership/management change and the new company managing this place will most likely run existing residents out quick. You have 2, 3 ignorant, uneducated girls running this otherwise beautiful community. I have never seen a management this rude before. It's as they don't want you to reside there. I don't believe this has anything to do with race, however every time you stop by the office, it's either a sign on the door "out on property" and they show up later with McDonalds bags in their hands, or when they are there, you are greeted with a "don't bother me" look from the office. I've had them come out chewing on food and not bothering to put the paper plate down. I had my lease expire 2 months ago and I looked at a different place. When I contacted the office, manager said, that's fine, fill out this form and drop it off, this will be your notice, good luck! ... really? now I am not in property management, but wouldn't you at least ask why am I leaving in hopes to save you occupancy??????? My neighbors are very upset with this new change as well. Office staff never says hello to you when on property, short rude answers on their questions. A feeling of being this unwanted relative that's overstaying at your place.....Last but not least, BLACK MOLD IS EVERYWHERE!!!!!! And of course, it’s useless asking for some help. All you get is “try opening windows and cleaning them dry” ?? 3 units that I live in this property all had it, my neighbor friend upstairs has it, and is very sick from the mold. The apartments are nice and I hardly ever hear my neighbors. Lakeside Vista apartments have been under surveillance for drug activity and there is a high number of police patrolling the neighborhood. Count on getting pulled over and your car getting searched if you drive late at night or for anything that they can possibly pull you for. I have lived here for a year and a half and there has already been 5 license and insurance safety check points set up at the entrance of Hillside Vista apartments which also allows them to check the residence of Lakeside vista. It is just aggravating because you cant drive anywhere without having to worry about getting pulled over and searched even if you are a good citizen and have broken no laws.
