After living here for 4yrs, I have had enough. I can not tell you how many times I have had water leak from the ceiling flooding my Kitchen and Bathroom. Each time they come out and do a patch job but never go after the source of the leak. 3 times I have reported mold showing around ceiling in bathroom. Each time they only painted over it. Every time I call the "Emergency Maint. Line the mail box if full so I have to wait until the office opens again. They will allow any rag tag person live here. They neighbors above me are load, I personally have had to call the police twice on some guy that knows them messing around in the bushes in front of my apartment. These same neighbors leave their dog on the porch at all times, it barks all day and night, they do not even walk it so it go go to the bathroom. Just dump water on the porch and let it fall down on mine. I report them and nothing ever happens. Management does not care. Property says they have access gates. These still to this day do not work and anyone can come in. Tennis courts are run down with no nets, graffiti on the courts that are cracked everywhere. Under no circumstance should anyone move here. They rotate Property managers almost every 6 months too. I rented from spring '05 through spring '09. ...
