Be warned that their "pet deposit" turns into a "fee" when its time to move. You will then be charged a "floor sealer" fee if you had a pet. DO NOT use the "Smooth Move" program if you don't have to. It sounds convenient, but will cost you more in "move out fee's" because they will find any mark, smell, stain against you on your final walkthrough (see "pet fee's"). Gables Vinings has lowered their standards for living, so don't be surprised if you hear ghetto music from one apartment or pot stench from another as well as questionable activities going on at all hours from your neighbors. Gables will do what they can to get you in to their place, but can and will make that money back when its time to move. Also, be prepared to have them come in to your apartment around once a month for "maintenance" and "inspections". There are other apartments nearby, I'd suggest looking at them first and Gables as a last resort. I rented from spring '07 through summer '09. ...
