The most dishonest real estate corporation and leasing office you'll ever encounter, currently ran by Angela Wilson. I'm a housing voucher recipient who moved into the complex in April '21. After my initial lease expired in March '22, the landlord raised the rent from $1398mth to $1700/mth during my month-to-month period WITHOUT providing a notice to do so per the lease. They then filed for an eviction 4 times from March '22 - '24 without me violating the lease. From 3/22 onward they refused to maintain the unit which sometimes flooded into the apartment below. Instead of fixing the issue they continued to rent out the unit below without disclosing the flooding issue to the new tenants, and when it flooded they told the tenants that I was intentionally flooding doing it. This almost led to a fight with the current inhabitants. At the dispossessory hearing, Ms. Wilson was caught committing perjury 6 times while their evidence was exposed as being fabricated. She did finally admit that there was no notice to increase the rent in my file, which subsequently meant they committed over 26 counts of mail and electronic fraud with every false demand for payment. Instead of arresting Angela Wilson for perjury under O.C.G.A. 16-2-70 and false writings under O.C.G.A. 16-10-20, or charging the landlord 3 times the damage caused to the government for Taxpayer Fraud, and $5500 - $11000 punitive damages for every false claim they received compensation for under O.C,G.A. 23-3-121(a)(7), TAXPAYER PROTECTION AGAINST FALSE CLAIMS, the judge granted them a judgement after they finally admitted to their fraud. The kangaroo court was recorded. AVOID ELLIOT ABERNATHY!! ...
