My room is a double occupancy although I am the only person in the room. The lease goes until July. On move in day, I went to the front desk to get my keys to the apartment. My floor plan was a 2 single bedroom, 1 shared bedroom (2 occupants), 2 bathroom. The staff ended up giving me the keys to both single bedrooms before they gave me the right key to the shared bedroom. I had to go up and down, from the 13th floor each time which was exhausting. When encountering a problem with an appliance or the room, my roommates would call the front desk to let them know but they wouldn't acknowledge their maintenance request. However, when I put in a request, they would quickly come by and fix it the next day, without notice or a heads up regarding what time they would be coming in. This was inconvenient because we were all on online school and couldn't just drop everything to answer the door and talk to the maintenance staff. Their front door, to the lobby, was also broken for a while so it stayed unlocked, which was a safety hazard. Not to mention their gate to residential parking was also broken so it remained in the "up" position since move in day 2020-present. ...

I am having a wonderful experience, I love my room, the amenities, and the staff is very professional! Would definitely recommend to all incoming college students looking for an off campus place to do work.

Overall Hale Mahana is a great location especially for students who do not have a car, however they are very overpriced and during the pandemic did not help me financially at all. I was very surprised by the staff.

I have had a great experience so far. The people at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance people are also fantastic and they show up in a timely manner after you have put in a request. The amenities are also great
