Do not live here unless you want to: 1. have no hot water for a month 2. have non functional windows so constant bugs 3. have no privacy, with the landlord's son looking in through your window every time he walks by 4. have restrictive laundry hours, and when the landlord says she will reserve the laundry for you during a certain day/time, she actually ends up doing her own laundry then 5. have a TV that only works when it wants to 6. have the landlord coming in anytime she wants, moving furniture and tracking dirt 7. have to wait at least a month for anything to get fixed 8. have to pay full rent even when the landlord isn't fixing what she is supposed to This apartment is in a great neighborhood and really accessible to everything in town/manoa, but it is not worth dealing with the landlord! ...
