Don’t get fooled by the "cheap rent" or anything they put up, the "free internet" sucks and I assure you would be getting yourself into the worst leasing agreement trust me. All they want is your money and once you sign that lease trust me they’ll take it somehow. ...

Really enjoyed living there. The raccoons in the dumpster were always fun. Lived on the second floor with no issues with bugs, noise. Parties next door sometimes were annoying. Great location right next to campus

Being a sophomore in college, I thought that it was time to get my own apartment that was close to campus so that it would be a good transition to living completely on my own. This first semester at Iowa State had not gone as planned, as I had spent most of my time in my apartment due to Covid-19. At this point, a quiet, clean, and relaxing apartment was more important than ever. All of these necessities had been achieved besides the the fact that the apartment building was located on the corner of a busy intersection and made it difficult to concentrate on my school work at times. Overall, I would recommend this complex to people looking for a nearby apartment that are not easily distracted by the outside environment. ...
