Once get up in the loft, everything next is clear as sitting right next to them. My neighbor enjoy playing music at 3 am after coming home from the bar and passing out. Halls, stairs, and elevator and filthy. Poor maintenance. No soundproofing in walls so the noise is terrible. Lease full of rules - none are enforced. Keggers on the roof filled the halls with drunks. VERY poor management and the rent raised over and over. I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...

This place is a great location for ISU. However, the service there is terrible. Long waits for repairs and key lock outs on the weekend. They tell you they will get to it, but you have to keep complaining to get anything done. Over the two years I was there the building became dirty and unkept in places. Never willing to work with renter..they were always right. Find a place farther away and take the bus! I rented from spring '08 through fall 10. ...

apartments are ok, parking is nonexistant for guests. landlords don't care about tenants. lots of pounding on doors at night from people out at the bars. good location, but thats about it. surprising for $850/month
