It is a beautiful place to live. Very good quality, and nice facility/grounds. The employees are not as helpful or kind as other complex’s that I have lived in. It is a great place to live off campus.

The apartment is nice and the area is safe however the management has slowly been declining. There seems to be lack of a good system that allows them to be organized in the offices downstairs. otherwise, no complaints

Stadium view is a very nice apartment complex. You have a bus stop right in front of the complex which is very reliable and useful. The location itself is very likeable as well. It is down the street from Jack Trice Stadium and also has Hyvee, Walmart, and Target very close by. ...
