My wife and I have had nothing but trouble since they changed management. We have lived at Pine Ridge on two separate occasions, the first of which was not bad. When management changed they started billing for water and gas and we got lots of noisy neighbors. Both of these things can be expected from time to time when renting, but it is unacceptable when you have no control over your heat and management will not take any disciplinary action on your neighbors when you have called them and the cops repeatedly. The hallways were without screens and were full of bugs. The wall paint is a cheep flat paint that will leave a black mark when you drag even a knuckle across it. Even though we have moved from Pine Ridge 3 months ago we are still having problems with them. We had to move out on a Sunday so management was not there to check us out, three weeks after we moved out we got a bill for last months sewer, water, gas, carpet clean and blinds. We left the carpet in clean condition and I know that the blinds were fine. We contacted Pine Ridge management and said that we would pay for sewer, water and gas, but that we left the apartment in the condition that we received it in. They said that they had taken digital pictures of the apartment and that they would e-mail them to us so we could see what we were paying for. We agreed to pay for them once we had gotten digital pictures. Two months later we had still not received an e-mail with pictures, but instead get a letter from a collections agency for the full amount. Do yourself a favor and do not live here!!!! I rented from winter '06 through spring '08. ...
