Seville apartments are very nice and quite close to campus. Perfect for students who need to be close to the hospital or Kinnick Stadium. Office staff is very friendly and helpful and will answer emails swiftly.

It's a cozy & quiet space to live. Most of the other tenants are lower-income families or graduate students so there's no loud music/unwanted disturbance. It does feel a little isolated, though, from the rest of campus as there aren't really other students to interact with (for undergrads). It's also a little bland, nothing special about the layout or aesthetic. There seems to be a few maintenance issues, kitchen piping was leaking at one point & it always seems some part of the ceiling in the hallways are leaking and they have buckets to collect the dripping water. The landlord is very sweet, though, and she always seems to be cleaning/working on something in the complex. The only issue I've had regarding safety is during the Fall, some bikes were stolen from the bike racks outside of the apartment (but this happens a lot in Iowa City). ...
