Nice view. It is near the park. Not within walking distance of anything. The management are parking nazis though. They also jacked the price up on the laundry and the apartments. I moved into a 1 BR 1 BA and it was 529, now they want 580. Also floor heaters suck and are in the way, especially with kids around. I rented from spring '06 through fall '07. ...
