Retired and sold home to live the maintenance free life. Loving every second of it since Gene mows the lawns.. joking! Sticking around until I have to relocate to Canada. I rented from winter 2015 through fall 2016.

Wish it wasn't so much money or I could have stayed! Joking it's a good value, no water sewer trash or recycle costs. Cheap electric if bill. Energy star Gene said. I rented from fall 2015 through summer 2016.
