As a current resident going on 3 yrs now, I have nothing but good things to say about Easton Village apartments. I was living in a 3 bedroom and recently downsized to a 1 bedroom. My experience the first 2 years living here was nothing but great. So much so that I decided to stay! Neighbors are friendly and don't bother anyone. Very clean and quiet. Susan, the on-site manager is very helpful and makes you feel at home. She walks you through every step of the way. You can tell she cares for her tenants and the complex she oversees! I'd most definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. It's a great place to live and feel safe in your home!! ...

As a current resident, I feel it's important to share my experience with this apartment complex. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it, particularly for single individuals or roommates. While the property manager lives on-site, which could explain the frequent handwritten notes indicating that the office is closed, the overall communication still falls short. There’s often no prior notice through email or text, making it challenging to stay informed. Maintenance has also been an issue; it took months for them to address a problem with half of my kitchen's power. Additionally, there seems to be little action taken regarding known pets that aren't on the lease, which raises concerns about adherence to policies. The amenities are quite limited, with only one umbrella at the pool and no access to the clubhouse. Overall, this has not been an ideal living situation for me, and I believe potential residents should consider these factors carefully. ...

Great apartments for living off campus. They are just a short drive from the university so it actually feels like you left campus. Some of the downsides is that it can be noisy especially since there are families that live here, there's also a lot of dog poop in the grass since people don't seem to pick up after there pets, and it can be difficult to find parking later at night. ...
