The apartments themselves vary. The A section has been remodeled and is pretty nice, but the apartments are much smaller than the rest of the complex. The building are kind of put together weird. Almost every apartment is different in some way. Very homey. I like the D section the best. They are kind of old and I've seen a little mold. not sure if it's in the walls or anything. didn't get sick there, so it wasn't a big problem. The price is average for byu-i housing. I know sometimes they offer private rooms and that can be a little more, but still average. I have gotten my own room because they weren't full a couple of times in the summer and payed the same as a shared. The location is awesome! I can get to the kirkham in about 3 minutes. The boys in my ward were in cenntennial, so they were pretty close and that was really fun! I loved my ward! Really fun, outgoing, outdoorsy type of people! But the social aspect is always what you make it. The managers are great. There is like, 3 of them. The couple is nice, but a little anal. The older lady is really sweet and stephanie is awesome! They are really reasonable and willing to work with you on payment plans or whatever. let me move in early, etc. Pretty good about maintenance. parking is great. in the summer there is ALWAYS a place to park. I haven't seen anyone get booted her in a couple of years. pretty chill place to live! I highly recommend it! I rented from spring '08 through spring 10. ...
