Everything is perfect with the house! Close to campus, the WiFi is for studying and homework not gaming, I have no complaints 5/5 for me. Management is awesome! It’s a nice home feel and inexpensive..

The wifi is awful, the owner refuses to switch to sparklight which cost the same as century link, his plan is only 10 megabits per second and the sparklight plan is 300 megabits per second! its so much slower when 8 people live in the same house!

Don't go here, it's not worth the headaches. Management is awful. Don't expect any calls or texts to be responded to in a timely manner. No times posted to visit management. ESA's unwelcome. I recommend you take pictures of the place before and after you're ready to leave because if not, you're treated like you are a criminal. Also wifi goes in and out all the time. Went for a week and a half straight without wifi when texts/calls were ignored and excuses were given. I rented from summer 2020 through fall 2021. ...
