I lived here for 3 semesters and for the most part enjoyed my time. However, I do not recommend living in any complex under Redstone Residential (Rexburg Housing). The on-site managers do what they can but the communication between the managers and the overall management is flawed. The management does not work to be fair and work in good faith with their tenants. They will charge you for every little thing, even if the problem was on their end. Redstone lost a previously happy tenant due to their conduct. Other housing companies have proven themselves to be working in the overall interests of their tenants and deserve to have my money and recommendations in the future. I rented from winter 2019 through winter 2020. ...

you will get a ticket you will have to pay your entire semester housing if you sign a contract for the semester and cannot attend. IT'S A DIRTY TRICK DON'T SIGN. They just want to take your money. Very unfair to college students. I rented from winter 2019 through winter 2019. ...
