Great place to live! Spacious, well maintained, friendly landlords. Office hours are a bit odd, but work for students who are in class all day. Large, well kept laundry. Fun courtyard for activities. Great value for BYU-I students.

This is for the female version of Cottonwood: Normandy. If you like moist laundry, a shitty microwave, no space, and a bitter old landlady who still thinks inconveniencing everyone to save 2 dollars is a great thing, then this place is for you, but if you don't like living on top of a psycho roommate, having no desk to work on, limited hot water (this isn't a problem when one of your roommates doesn't brush her teeth and only takes a shower once a month), and really loud neighbors then God Speed to you. Oh and the internet is SHITTY. Oh and the recent development, black mold, oh and the RA doesn't abide by the office hours which are only M-F 4-6, so 10 hours in a week, nice one slacker. Oh and another thing if you don't pay ALL of your rent in one go, they'll charge you for random shit they feel like tacking on. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

The landlord is an awkward troll-esque woman who may have broken absolutely every housing law ever created. She walks in unannounced, is dishonest in her charges, and poorly manages tenant issues. The apartment is rundown and when things break the landlord tries to get you to fix it. Also the internet moves about as quickly as an octogenarian with a broken hip. I rented from spring '08 through fall '09. ...

Great location, landlords worked with me on my payments, and were quick to make repairs! It was a good experience living here! I really enjoyed it!

Close to Broulims and campus. Great people here. Nice big apartments with separate closets.

Great courtyard to play in. The owners are there to fix anything you need and they will work with you in terms of payments. I had a blast here.
