Not a lot of parking, you're paying a lot of money simply for location. Apartments are very run down, have no dishwashers, at other apartments you pay less and get better quality I rented from summer 11 through fall 11.

Crestwood Apartments is a great location that is right by campus and by the library and the price is pretty low. The apartments are kind of ghetto but it's still a great place to live.
