I heard from a few friends that the place was nice until I moved there and saw for myself how old and destroyed the place is. Everything is dirty and old, 3/4 of the wall plugs do NOT work or hold the cord in, the carpet is falling apart and the floor
cracks all over the apartment, the beds are terribly uncomfortable, every single door cringes, the WiFi goes down EVERY. DAY. and to top it off: the bulbs break by themselves AND you have to pay to replace them when you move out of the apartment! It is absolutely not worth the $800/$900 a semester! Also, because of my disability and the lack of care from the managers towards the reasonable accommodations it requires, a member of the management threatened to sue me and have me evicted. Finding out they were wrong, they uncomfortably avoided me and my apartment's maintenance requests throughout the entire semester I was there. And the office hours are ridiculous! This shows a great deal of immaturity and lack of professionalism from the management team. Aside from that, I also find the "missionary discount" unfair and discriminatory. On a more "balancing" note, my roommates were great and became lifelong friends and the ward was a lot of fun as well. These 2 things are the only two things that I have to say about this place; which are independent from the apartment itself. Overall, I would NOT recommend living there. BYU-I did not do a good job approving this one (yes, it's BYU-I APPROVED!).
I rented from spring 2018 through spring 2018.

Mens housing. This place is a dump! Not only is it ghetto but it is SO SMALL! Hardly enough room for four people. It's very inexpensive, but not worth saving a couple hundred bucks to live in such a dive. They have a high turn over rate because of how
gross it is. Everyone left after one semester to be replaced by some poor fools.
I rented from fall '08 through fall '08.

Women's housing. It's old, but cheap. Fantastic ward. Great bishopric. Small, so we all know each other. Parkings bad, it takes forever to get the owner to respond to our needs, but they give us free high speed, a dvd/video player, surround sound,
and a computer in every apartment. Down to earth girls, great especially if you spend a lot of time in the lower part of campus.
I rented from fall '04 through winter '08.
