Love Kensington Manor. The ward is amazing and the girls and guys are great. Management is fantastic: the comment below is completely inaccurate regarding the managers and the assistants. The assistants are students too and sometimes they don't know the answers, but who cares? They are doing their best and I am grateful for the so many things they do. What can I say besides this place is a joke! The apartments are nice and it is a good location however it is very cheaply made the walls are extremely thin I could hear the apartments above me constantly, like every conversation they had! And could hear people in the lounge below me all night when I would be trying to sleep. The management is horrible they are so unprofessional not to mention there assistant managers are completely unprofessional and can't get their stories straight whenever I had a question I must have gotten 5 different answers also management gossips about their tenants and are so shady they don't like to give money back and communication with them is awful not to mention it is not social at all! And the girls that live there are seriously weird and self righteous. They are extremely strict like ridiculously strict to the point where it's almost an invasion of privacy I get we need to follow the honor code but they take it to a whole new level with there cameras and curfew check. Oh yeah and laundry isn't free there's only 4 machines for 80 something girls and 1 is always broken and the rooms are all different sizes 1 huge room 1 medium and an extremely small one but you all pay the same amount it's just whoever gets there first which is unfair you should not be paying the same for different things. I hated my time here they really need to get new management or shut it down because they suck! I rented from winter 11 through fall 11. ...

Kensington Manor is the best! Perfect placement in regards to campus. Because it's in the middle of the hill it's not a full on hike to any class on campus. The apartments are great; nice, clean, well maintained. The ward I was in when I was there was honestly one of the best YSA wards I've ever been in. The Managers are great, always available for questions and are quick to fix any issues that arise. I definitely recommend! I rented from spring 10 through spring 11. ...

I put the year 2011 because that is the only option, but I really lived there from 2012-2013. I chose to live at Kensington Manor because of the location, the gorgeous apartments and the manager was so willing to help with my situation. She was always asking how I was doing and knew me personally. I never questioned her loyalty to her tenants. I am shocked by the other reviews because if I were to tell someone about the apartments, especially the Manager, those comments would never come to my mind. The ward was not as social as I wished it would have been, but that didn't keep me from living at Kensington. The apartments are super spacious and they are so homey feeling. I would definitely go back to Kensington Manor! I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

Kensington Manor is the perfect housing complex for me. I have had experiences with three other housing complexes at BYU-Idaho and Kensington has been the absolute best. I've been at Kensington for five semesters now, since Fall 2012. I adore the managers Adam and Alisha Wickern. They care about and trust their tenants. Alisha is very good at implementing student living into the atmosphere of the apartments. I can always tell that Adam and Alisha would do anything to keep Kensington Manor uplifting and positive. Alisha is very flexible with helping tenants. She often takes after hour appointments to let tenants make payments, get keys and even just to talk with tenants who need help or clarification. Adam and Alisha are a major part of why I live at Kensington. I like managers that uphold BYU-Idaho's honor code. I like managers that push me to be a better person and Adam and Alisha offer that to tenants here. They are both great with confidentiality and I think the assistants are great too! I really like the ward I am in at Kensington because all the members live at the complex. Kensington Manor Apartments have a fantastic lounge! The theatre room is so clean and modern. The lounge is perfect for doing activities for relief society, priesthood, bridal showers and study parties. Kensington is so close to campus! If you are a nursing, business or art major/minor, Kensington is within 5 minutes of those major's main buildings. If you want to have a positive housing experience at BYU-Idaho I highly recommend choosing Kensington Manor! ...

The apartments have a nice oversll feel to them, but other than that there is nothing. THey are HORRIBLY expensive for what you get, very small and the landlord, Alisha, is horrible. Complete witch. She gossips about tenants, every semster she asks the tenants if there is anyone who will babysit her three year old, and babysitting to her is basically a private pre-school and she only pays two dollars an hour because "i'm on site" Parking is horrible, and its not because a lack of parking it's because she has towing constanly coming. I got my own car booted, inthe parking lot of where I live and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it taken off with out charge. Landlord lies and is deceitful. Be careful. Apartments aren't very social. I rented from summer 10 through winter 11. ...

Ward has been changed to on-campus freshman boys. Not a very social place, people keep to their own apartment-we don't know our neighbors on either side. Landlord is friendly, but don't tell her anything personal! She'll tell the other girls AND their parents if you tell her about honor code violations. She'll say who told. I've heard stories from other tenants as well. Location is great though. ...

Not much parking, but then, I don't have a car, so that doesn't really matter. I never had issues with the management, but maintenance is slow. The ward is the best on campus. Literally. That's not an exaggeration. I've been in multiple complexes, and the ward at Kensington is by far the best--great activities, awesome bishopric, great people. Tenants abide the Honor Code.
