It's a super nice apartment, single rooms, really big living room to have friends over and a good time. I rented from winter 2018 through fall 2019.

I like this place. It's one of the only apartments that can offer a private room left in Rexburg. The couches are awesome, and the living room is spacious. The kitchen is big as well with a lot of cupboards and drawers. There's a lot of counter space as well. There are two fridges as well. The pantry is a walk in with enough space for one person. There are two different bathrooms. The toilets and showers are separate from the vanities. The vanities have 2 sinks with four drawers per person. The room is sufficient. You get two small end tables, a 5-drawer dresser, a good sized desk area, and a half closet with 4 small shelves and an overhead shelf for storage. Bring bed risers for extra storage space. The management is great. Check in was SO easy, the easiest I've been through. The lounge has everything. A kitchen, screen and monitor, a ton of couches, ping pong, pool, and a hot tub. Only downside is community laundry I rented from winter 2019 through spring 2019. ...

I've been around to many BYU-Idaho housing complexes and I just have to say that nothing compares to Legacy Ridge. First of all, the amount of space that is in these apartments is HUGE. It was very obvious to me that the owners were very considerate of future tenants when designing this complex. I don't ever have to worry about being claustrophobic. The living room is huge. There is plenty of kitchen space for everyone. There are two pantries. In some apartments, there are washers and dryers in the apartment which are located in the pantries. There are two fridges. There are two vanities and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are very spacious. There is a toilet, a shower tub, and a closet! There is a storage room in each apartment, and there is a storage room right outside each apartment as well for those who are going to be off-track. The private rooms are spacious. There is also in-unit air conditioning and heater! As far as I know, this is the only private rooms apartment complex for women that offer in-unit air conditioning and in-unit washer and dryer. It's also on the quiet side of campus, so there is no worry about too much noise during the night or during studying. As for the amenities, there is an on-site gym and a hot tub! It's nice to have a gym here instead of going all the way on campus when it's snowing. Everything that me and my roommates have sent in as maintenance requests have been taken care of. We got a brand new peep hole, and front door knob, and a toilet seat because these items had problems before we moved in. I'm glad they took care of it. I rented from fall 2018 through fall 2018. ...

I lived at the Ridge about a year ago and let me tell you it was terrible. I don't want to go too much into detail, but I never expected to be coming back. The Ridge is now under new management and they're working there best to put everything back in order and make living at the ridge as best as possible. I would give five stars, however there are still a few problems like out dates vacuums that's don't really pick up anything and sometimes the internet crashes but the internet problem isn't something management can fix, it's just an overall Rexburg problem. I can honestly say I would recommend living here now. I'm going on a mission and I hope the same management is here when I get back because they're amazing! They respond promptly to emails and maintenance requests. They make sure everything is going great while you live here, not to mention they give you a $100 bonus for continuing to live at the Ridge. I would disregard any bad reviews of the ridge prior to this Fall semester of 2018. I was actually one of them. In all the different student housing I have lived in, I can say the Ridge so far is the best! Hope this helps ya, Haley Koba I rented from fall 2018 through fall 2018. ...

I've lived here at the Ridge for 2 years now and I really love it here. It's close to campus and right across the street from the temple. The apartments are spacious and all private bedrooms (which does make it a little bit more expensive but totally worth it). The management is friendly and always want to help out. I've never had any issues that haven't been resolved quickly. I rented from fall 2016 through fall 2018. ...

The Ridge is very nice. Management does a great job of getting back to you whenever you have questions or concerns. The private rooms are great! The kitchen is spacious and there is plenty of pantry/storage room for food. The bathroom/vanity area is also really nice. There are also cool activities for resident appreciation. There are so many good things about The Ridge. Private rooms, spacious pantry, huge living room area, two fridges, a hot tub, and its all across the street from the temple. The women's manager, Ada, is super nice and is always willing to listen to you and help you out. This is my 5th semester at The Ridge and I love it. I rented from fall 2016 through fall 2018. ...

Located right across the street from the Temple. 10 minute walk from the campus. 6 girls to each apartment, you get your own room! Very clean and VERY spacious! 2 bathrooms, 2 vanity areas, huge walk-in pantry, storage closet in each apartment, and you get Free laundry. Also, my favorite, each apartment has 2 refrigerators! And, you get cable in your bedroom so you never have to miss a favorite show! Negatives- not a very social community. They sometimes have barbecue but other than that nothing. It's hard to get to know your neighbors, people stick to their own roommates as friends. I find this a pro, but it's a quiet complex for the most part. Love the hot tub!!! If you are looking for a great place to get your own space and privacy and still have a quality, clean, fresh, apartment, then the Ridge is a great place for you! I rented from fall '08 through spring 11. ...
