Apartments aren't run down like a lot of apartments, but they aren't brand new either. Great location. Right by campus. The boys in the ward are the dorm boys that are mostly freshman. I rented from fall '09 through fall '09.

Nazi clean checks, if you are not on the third floor stomping above you is obnoxious. Rent continually increases. The repair man, Rob, was awesome. Office hours are kind of weird.
