The Location is really good, and so is the price! The housing is not too bad either if you are not wanting the "high class" housing and if you alright with it being kind of old. The management would be what puts me off from reapplying here. They do not get back with you, and act put off if you bring a problem to their attention and nothing ever happens. If there is a break down in the apartment they do nothing to fix/ clean it. You are expected to do those things. I suggest, looking somewhere else and saving yourself the hassle and stress of living here! :) I rented from fall 2019 through fall 2019. ...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. The price is good, but don't let that be the reason you live here, there are cheaper places that are generally better. The only really standout quality is the location, it's right across the street from campus, super close to the library, MC, and many other essential buildings. That being said, it is not worth what you'll have to put up with to live here, the management is especially awful. We had a water pipe burst in our apartment, flooding about a foot in our bedrooms and ruining tons of things, which isn't surprising given how old the buildings are. It took management a full day to even check in on the situation, and No reparations were made for the loss of property, not to mention time and stress. (This happened near finals week, and we were the only ones scooping out the water and such, it was a nightmare.) Management has thrown away bikes with no reparation when permission was given to keep them there over the break, things that are already broken are regularly taken out of deposits, and maintenance requests can take months to get around to. One apartment's fridge broke and wasn't replaced for weeks. Even worse, if they charge you for something, they won't actually pay to get it fixed or cleaned. One of my roommates left without doing white glove and was understandably fined, but when we returned the following semester, we found that it hasn't been cleaned and we were just expected to. There is black mold that shows up fairly regularly and we've been told to "just clean it with some bleach". I have so many horror stories, but I'll just leave it at PLEASE don't move here. Don't encourage these practices. Even if management is changed, it's passed throughout the family, so I'm not optimistic. I rented from fall 2018 through spring 2019. ...

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly. It's super easy to get to know your neighbors because it's not very big at all. The only downside is that there isn't a dish washer and they are older apartments so things do have problems, but if you tell the manager, she will get on it asap. ...
