It is cute place, it is a block away from campus, but from what I remember it was considered off campus housing since it isn't school owned. It is on the cheaper end of the housing, it does come with an in unit washer and dryer though. The rooms are
really small for 2 people to share, but they work. There are 2 bathrooms, from what I found the hot water would run out almost everyday when people were taking showers. The unit also did not come with a communal tv, which is ok, but the pictures showed one. It was no big deal at all though. The parking lot is a really cramped place and be kind of nerve-racking while navigating. Another thing that we found was that the apartments didn't have an a/c or heating unit. Idaho weather is pretty good and it wasn't a huge issue until the end of spring semester. It got really warm and I was wanting to always leave the apartments because it was so hot. I would go and sit in the main room with my little fan trying to cool down. All in all, it wasn't a bad place to live, everyone was really nice and if we ever had a maintenance issue they would always respond to it.

I loved living here. The girls are so nice and the washer and dryer in the unit is so wonderful. The social life is nice. It's not like a huge party every night but everything is clean and awesome. I would recommend anyone live here.
I rented from spring
10 through fall 10.
