My husband and I lived there for two years from 2012-2014 and I would like to think that we are honest and good people. We were very clean and cleaned the apartment for over 3 days before the check-out. THEY TOOK EVERYTHING AND CHARGED FOR MORE. PLEASE!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I had known how stupid the management was and how they really will take ALL OF YOUR DEPOSIT and MORE, I would have NEVER lived there. We were great tenants too. That's the sad part. Now it's been over 6 months later and we are still getting charged for the damages that were not even lawful to charge. We considered taking these people to court because of how ridiculous they make their lease. IT's very sneaky people! Read the FINE PRINT! They say in their lease that YOU the Tenant will be charged for normal wear and tear on carpets and blinds and all the damages left by any roommates if you are the last one to leave the apartments regardless if you have someone else co-signing. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS! For a young married couple who are about to have their first baby and were depending on that deposit, it was a very hard and emotional blow. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

Rented from Sept 2012 till April 2014. Was supposed to be on a month by month after 1 year lease but signed a shady addendum that extended for another year (lesson learned)but I had to move due to new job opening. They charged me for garbage and cleanups that never occurred/existed and for damages that never existed. Between the manager Michele and the owner Debbie, the two are a duo of thieves that will steal the entire deposit back and give fake work orders as "proof." Despite having evidence of their lies they continue their show. The owner has been sued before in court for discrimination/denial of housing. They deny getting phone calls even when being presented the phone record to prove it. They play the denial game and expect you to simply get fed up and go away with time (seems to be working for them). Caliber Courts is a trap that I fell into due to unforseen circumstances and I hope no one rents from these two thieves again. They prey on students especially. ...

No matter what this apartment place will not give you your deposit back, It was cleaner when I moved out then when i moved in, no damage and they wouldn't give a penny back. We documented everything that had damages upon arrival and kept a copy and gave them one the still charged us for things on that list, and then they sent fake bills to say thats why they were charging us, we search for the place in twin and it didn't exist. Fraud!! They are truly scammers I feel so bad that they can get by with this because they do it to college students who don't have the money to do anything about it. The landlord is very rude and the owner as well they wouldn't fix things that by law they need to fix like pluming (sink/ toilet/tub) as you can tell their are so major flaws in these apartments! They were cheap the paint was so cheap that when you cleaned the walls the there would be white on your rag, and the brand new carpet they said they just put in had been store in a facility that had got flooded, so it was lifting in spots we let them know a couple weeks after moving in and the repair man informed us about why they were doing that. I mean the stories go on an on I am only writing this to prevent any other person/s from going through all the trouble and money issues and lying and stealing. I live in a wonderful apartment somewhere else in twin falls and love it! They treat us well and have no problems whatsoever!! I just tried to summit this and as i read before it won't let you rate them all bad this is what it says Come on, it can't be THAT bad. Give them some credit on at least one category and we'll call it good" Thats very interesting, I am just trying to be honest, and yes it is that bad!! I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...

The on site manager was very nice but would say something would be fixed with out charge and then the landlord would charge us. You definetly need to write every detail on claim sheet at begining of lease. The apartment upon moving in was extremely dirty. We also had to replace many lightbulbs at first as well as the wiring for plug in sockets. We cleaned extremely well when leaving and have always recieved deposit back and she claims the apt was dirty and that there was damange to the apartment which we did not do. I rented from fall '09 through fall 11. ...

I rented for the 2010-2011 fall and spring semesters. You will either share a room with one or two roommates. Not enough space for five people to live in. I moved out early, had a damage waiver signed but still got charged for damages that happened after my leaving. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

These apartments keep getting rented out simply because of their location with the College Campus. They are under kept and over priced. You will pay a $500+ deposit only to have most of it withheld with little explanation or reason. The landlord is very hesitant to listen to tenants and their complaints and assumes that everything is automatically your fault. The onsite managers were great but it was obvious that their hands were tied. I rented from fall '05 through summer '06. ...
