Our unit was positively filthy when we moved in. The built-in drawers in the bedroom contained hair, cigarette butts, and even someone's belly button ring. There was cat hair in the refrigerator and kitty litter in the bathroom closet. The dishwasher was so nasty we never used it. We spent two days cleaning before we could even start unpacking boxes. Palouse Rentals took weeks to give us our mailbox key, despite numerous phone calls. Our front windows were missing screens, and after several phone calls about that, we finally gave up and did without. When we got a new car, we called multiple times to get it registered for parking at the complex. Palouse Rentals never returned any of our calls, but they did put a "Parking Violation" sticker on our car twice and threaten to tow it. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...
